X-Guide 3D dynamic implant navigation surgery

Implant surgery can also be executed by our new, top-graded technology, by the Nobel X-Guide real-time implant navigation surgery system. During the operation, the handpiece (implant-drill) used by the dentist is in wireless connection with the system. As soon as the burr of the handpiece touches the patient’s bone, it shows its precise location on the tooth CT projected on the screen. Thus, the dentist, looking at the screen, can execute the „bone inspection”, and can determine the most appropriate position of the implant. The system adjusts the virtual implant on the CT recording to its precise position, then it harmonises the implant drill movements with the expected position of the implant.

This procedure is like the GPS: we plan where to go, and the GPS leads us to the destination. Since we can scan together the previously taken digital imprint with the plan, therefore, while planning the implant we can already count on the position of the future crown as well. Furthermore, the dental technician, by using the CAD/CAM technology can already prepare the temporary crown even before the implant surgery intervention, so that it can be inserted right after installing the implant.

The Zeiss Opmi ProErgo dental surgery microscope available in our clinic is representing the top class even within their highly reputed products. By using it, we can execute the root canal treatments and the radix-surgery interventions on an incomparably higher level of efficiency and precision, compared to former practice. By simple eye inspection, it is not possible to look inside the „devious” roots, however by using the microscope, the time of blind-flight-based treatments is over. Digital facebow with Zebris for Ceramill

Using our Zebris for Ceramill device, we can record completely individual bites and individual jaw movements, that help reaching the most accurate dental prosthesis. By our Zebris for Ceramill digital facebow device, we record the patient’s jaw movements and biting positions, then we transfer the results with the digital imprints to the dental laboratory, where all the pieces of information are integrated by the prosthesis manufacturing software. The dental technician prepares the crowns considering all these pieces of information, paying a special attention on the occlusal surface elaboration.

3-Dimension CT and X-Ray 

In 2020, we bought the flagship of our equipments, the top-class x-ray combination system provided by the Japanese MORITA company. Due to its special field-sizes, it is extremely useful not only for dentists, but for otho-rhino-laryngologists and for face and jaw surgeon’s as well. The equipment can produce 3-dimension CT and 2-dimension panoramic x-ray recordings, moreover tele x-ray recordings for orthodontia. Its outstanding picture-quality ensures a precise and reliable diagnosis even in the most demanding cases. Its advantage is that with an extremely high image resolution, it shows even the most minuscule details. Furthermore, it has several innovative functions, for example the automatic image optimization ensures the highest possible reliability in planning the treatment. They have paid special attention to decreasing the radiation doze and considering individual parameters.

Maximal precision and maximal comfort. The digital imprint taking scanner is already directed by an inbuilt artificial intelligence. The result of its work is a highly detailed, perfectly accurate digital imprint. Using this device, you can forget about the inconveniences resulting from the rubber-like imprint material as well as about its environmentally damaging impacts. An imprint made by the Trios 3shape technology can be preserved ad infinitum, and based on it, if necessary for an ulterior intervention, the prosthesis can be prepared again. Gold Reciproc Deluxe, root canal operator
The mechanical root canal instrumentation detects the end of the root, and in case of a complicated anatomy, the device automatically changes its settings, decreasing by that the fractures of the root canal treating instrument. It helps our dentists to execute the most accurate possible root canal cleaning and filling.

Dentaplas surface activating plasma device
In Hungary, this method is uniquely available in our clinic. Due to a special treatment (hydrophilization) of the implant’s surfaces, the individual process of incorporation of the implant and the bone-tissue is much stronger and faster. By using the device, much to the delight of our patients, we can reach earlier the moment of implant loading (preparing the crown).

Amalgam separator, to preserve the environment
Dental amalgam contains mercury and other metals in high quantity, their direct emission in the environment is inadmissible, because mercury destroys bacteria that are doing wastewater purification. That’s the reason why we should put a strong accent on the amalgam separation and consequently, on the environmental protection. In our dental clinic, the central amalgam separator, based on hydrodynamic principals fulfils even the newest regulatory guidelines, it can totally separate the amalgam and the other metals from the wastewater produced during the dental treatment.

Autoclaves
The autoclaves and modern sterilizers used at Dentha Clinic take care of hygiene, since to fulfil the highest hygienic requirements is one of the most important qualifying factors of any medical clinic. An extremely detailed check-back system ensures the precise documentation of the necessary sterilisation even down to the basic level of individual instruments, guaranteeing by this the required hygienic standard.

Piezo ultrasonic surgeon’s knife
Using the high frequency device when working with the bone-tissue, we can minimise the bone loss, in comparison with the interventions executed by traditional drills. Moreover, the recovery after oral surgery treatments executed by this device is faster and less painful. In case of resection (elimination of apex), sinus lift, bone substitution (by bone splitting), transplantation of inborn bone, we apply this high precision device.

In case of oral surgery operations, bone substitution interventions often a membrane is to be used. A membrane made of your own blood is the best, by using it, most of the times it is evitable to use a synthetic or other membrane of animal origin.
